This Holidays Villa, recently renovated and placed among pine trees and spruce trees, offers a special stay in the greenery, where you can really enjoy Sicily and its spectacular scenery.
One of the possible accommodations is called "The Spruce", a studio flat sleeping max 4 people.
It is composed of a comfortable living room with 2 double sofa beds, cooking area, bathroom with shower.
It has also oven, fridge, tv, hairdryer, AC, independent heating and fireplace, burglar alarm and a laundry room with washing machine.
Guests can take advantage of a large terrace equipped with table chairs and deck chairs.

How to reach Nicolosi:
by car - from Messina on the motorway A18 Messina-Catania exit Giarre, follow the way to Etna Sud;from any other direction we recommend to take the ring-road of Catania, leave it at Gravina and follow the way to Mascalucia until you'll reach Nicolosi;
by train – there is a railway station in Catania at P.zza Giovanni XXIII and Nicolosi can be reached then by bus;
by plane – Catania has an airport named "V.Bellini". From here you have to take the bus to the railway station and then continue with another bus;
by ship – from the harbour of Catania take a taxi to the nearby railway station and continue by bus until Nicolosi.
Whatever you may choose, when you arrive at "P.zza del Municipio" in Nicolosi call one of the mobile phone numbers and the owners will come and collect you immediately.
